Hobart King has taught Environmental Geology as an online course since 1998. He has used Edward Keller's Introduction to Environmental Geology and Hazard City assignments as the basis of this course. Instructors who are interested in teaching online can view a version of the course that was used during Summer, 2003. Course content was built on a small website that loads in the right window of BlackBoard (these documents could have been inserted into BlackBoard but Dr. King prefers to use a website). Interested faculty have permission to adapt the syllabus and course materials and use them in any way that will enhance their teaching.
